Our Policies for Long Term Travellers
Usually couples or individuals requiring cover for longer term overseas trips of 2 months or more. Backpackers and students on gap years, people studying or working overseas, or participants in volunteer or conservation projects. Again, both Navigator and Voyager policies cover long term trips up to 18 months duration, but the Navigator policies tend to be more popular, as they cover a wide range of adventure sports and activities.
Annual Multi Trip
If you need cover for numerous short holidays or business trips in a 12 month period, this is the one for you. Special deals for Couples and Families. Not suitable for extended periods overseas, when Long stay cover is required.
Long Stay Single Trip
If you intend leaving the country for an extended period, you need Long Stay cover. This policy will cover you for an individual trip or anything from 2 to 18 months duration. An ideal policy for Gap years, extended backpacking, career breaks, volunteering, studying or working holidays abroad. If your trip is for less than 2 months, just use the Short Stay Single Trip policy.
Short Stay Single Trip
Use this policy to cover a single holiday or business trip of short duration (typically up to two months). Special rates for families, with accompanied kids going free.
